Dear Roger,

We would like to thank Harris Custom for the prompt and thorough service.

It is always difficult to venture onto uncharted ground and making a

decision to use a Heatmor to heat our homes was one of those ventures.

Roger was helpful and provided us with contacts to other Heatmor users to

ask questions and learn how practical and cost effective they were. Once we started the process of Installing the unit, we received coaching on

preparations and installation as well as ongoing service calls until the

unit was operational. Furthermore, Roger had a supply of parts on hand for

the task. It was as convenient as a call and a delivery and we were on our

way again.

After the Heatmor was installed and operational. Roger was willing to come

out or coach us through the process of troubleshooting whenever something

wasn't quite right. Since the first few months of using the unit we went

from $500.00 plus gas bills for the farm to $100.00 for back up fuel which

is mostly for heating water for our household of 7 people. We heat two

houses and plan to heat a shop with our unit as well.

We believe the Harris Custom Heating wholeheartedly backs the Heatmor units.

They made the transition from traditional heating to an alternate, less

costly heat source easier.
